The hotel is located next to various Tokyo Metro and JR stations, including JR Okachimachi Station, Tokyo Metro Ueno-Hirokoji Station and Yushima Station. If you'd like to head to Narita by taking the Skyliner, Keisei-Ueno is only a 15-min walk.
The room I booked was the basic one, but already almost 30m2. Extremely spacious in Tokyo, at least for couples. The room is already equipped with a wash-and-dry machine, a microwave, an oven, an induction cooker, a full Japanese bathroom. Cookware are also available. What more could I ask for?
Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again.

Lots of eateries and convenient store nearby. Friendly staff and family room is clean, well equipped and spacious for Jap standards.

Very enjoyable stay at Section L. Location is really the best. Ueno is such a vibrant and fun area, and the hotel is located so nearby everything but yet along a quiet little side street.
Amenities are all good, except to note that there is no daily housekeeping. I just wish that they provide better wash cloths for the kitchen area, instead of the disposable kitchen towels which get wet and tear easily. The air con is also very noisy at night, could be that we didn’t tune it properly. Otherwise, we had a comfortable and good stay.

The location was excellent—close to the station, with plenty of great food and shopping options nearby, yet still quiet at night, which I really appreciated. The room was a bit small for three people, and it was disappointing that cleaning required a request and extra fee. The Wi-Fi was also quite weak. Other than that, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay overall.

The location of the hotel is excellent near ueno st also near to akiabhara. Lots of selection of foods. Supermarket is nearby.
The hotel is clean but you have to clean up the room your selves for 5 days. To get new towel you have to bring down and swap at the reception. Garbage you have to throw out yourself.
