Hotel is good but location its far from asakusa

Good hotel but a big problem is they lack a heater so its really cold during the winters of Japan. There's also cigarette smoke smell throughout the room so I recommend to air the room while you're out sightseeing/shopping during the day. Amenities are old but still all there. 👍🏼 Service was also great and hotel is located just a few mins away from the train station. Gonna put some pics of places I visited in Tokyo.

The room is very close to Shin-Koiwa Station, within a 5-minute walk. It is also very convenient to come from Haneda. The room was quiet and clean, but it was a bit old and dated. The front desk was very kind.

A relatively affordable hotel in the area. The lobby on the first floor is very spacious, and there is a whole row of bookshelves for you to borrow. The uncle at the front desk is very friendly. The room size is in line with the price, the sanitary environment is above average, and the window view is relatively wide. What is more surprising is that the electric kettle is equipped with a more advanced coating liner instead of a stainless steel liner. There is no scale at all and it looks much cleaner. It is a 5-minute walk to the subway station. There are all kinds of convenience stores and restaurants around, which is very convenient.

I am very satisfied with the direct train to Narita Airport, Akihabara and Shinjuku. It is only two minutes away from the station. There is Matsuya and 711 downstairs. The hotel room is small and well-equipped. Check-in and check-out are quick and free. Luggage storage is provided every day. Towels and bath towels are changed every day for next time. I will consider staying here again when I come to Tokyo.

It was a very last minute hotel! Only a few minutes away from Shin-Koiwa Station! Convenience stores such as 711 and Lawson are also nearby! There is also a 24-hour supermarket where you can go shopping, so you don’t have to worry about having nothing to eat when you’re hungry at night! The room is fully equipped and has my favorite bathtub! If you fly to Narita, choose the right time and don’t have to change trains! I feel good!

The location is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shops around, some are 24 hours a day. This is my third time staying here, each time for 5-7 days. This time it’s 6 days. The staff are very kind and the breakfast is also very good. There are Japanese and Western dishes, but there are not many choices.

The room price is not too high, but the service is considerate. You can also book a room for 2 people. I discovered for the first time that I always thought that hotels in Japan can only accommodate one person. If you want to stay for 2 people, you have to pay extra. However, I found out this time The single room can accommodate 2 people. And it’s very convenient. Transportation and shopping are all good.

This is a terrible hotel. I have been to Japan so many times and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I really don’t know where it got such a high rating. 1. It is very old (it even changed its name to Smile Hotel), and can even be said to be shabby; 2. There is no soundproofing at all, and the sound of flushing the toilet is like tearing down the house; 3. The door to the room is an ancient key, and the door handle will fall off; 4. The entrance is uphill, so the sound of cars will be very loud, and there is a fire brigade and a hospital nearby, and sirens are often heard; the 5 double bed is only 1.3 meters long, and the bedding is very poor. 6 The TV is only the size of a monitor, the curtains are not, they are two panels.

Very good hotel. Although it is only a business hotel, the price is still very attractive. I am very satisfied with the room, meals, and surrounding transportation. It is the first choice for business trips to Tokyo alone.
