Staff were very helpful when needed, rooms cleaned well, rooms are a bit small but good quality, good bathroom.
Only two negative things to say is the check in after 3pm was a bit harsh as there was limited luggage lockups, but once again the great staff helped us out by holding it in the staff room. The other is the breakfast buffet was the worst food we had in our ten days in Japan, better just to eat at the many great restaurants in the area.
