Superb hotel with beautiful rooms and top notch service. The building is surrounded by a garden and located not too far from the metro station. Highly recommended.

The location is really good, just across the road from Shinagawa Station, but it takes a lot of effort to walk there with luggage. In fact, it is Shinagawa Diwang—Prince Hotel built a small boutique hotel in the original small building, with a total of only 10 rooms. The room size is large, but... the price is not worth it. In addition, there are very few taxis here. If you want to take a taxi, you have to take a shuttle bus to other Prince Hotels.

My wife and I visited with a 9 month old child. The kids could relax in the spacious Japanese-style room, the breakfast was delicious, and this time we had the option of having it served in our room, so we were able to relax. Children and strollers are allowed in the lounge until 5pm, and the garden is also barrier-free with some exceptions. However, it is a small lounge exclusively for Hanakoro, so you will need to spend some time quietly. I went to the lounges other than Sakura Tower easily with my stroller, so I went hopping, but the best drinks and sweets were at Hanakouji, so I don't think there's much point in going there. Bed guards and baby cots cannot be rented out this time due to strict conditions as they cannot be rented to anyone outside the target age after age verification. [Bed guard] Children aged 18 months to 60 months who can get up and down the bed without parental assistance [Crib] Children under 24 months old who do not hold on to the bed The beds are side by side, but the child There was a gap that I could fall into, so I put a pillow between them and slept next to them. I checked to see if it was possible to change to a futon without using the bed, and was told that it was possible to change for 7,000 yen per set. By the way, if you walk from Shinagawa Station, it's a gentle slope, so be careful. Perhaps because I was walking, I didn't get a greeting from the person at the parking lot, so when I told the person who greeted me at the lobby that I was staying at Hanakouji, the person at the parking lot seemed to be in charge of Hanakouji and guided me to the elevator. It was a strange feeling. I'm glad that all the people at the reception were very nice and accommodating us. I can't say it's suitable for babies, but it was a nice stay.

I visited for the purpose of staying at a hotel and lounge hopping on a trip with three mothers and daughters. The view from the room was a little disappointing, but it was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff's customer service was pleasant, and although I could do lounge hopping, I was a little hesitant because I thought it might be considered impudent, but one of the employees said, "Please come." We are waiting for you.", so I visited the lounge during each food presentation. The lounge dedicated to Hanakohro has a calm atmosphere, and I was satisfied with the food and drinks at any time, and I enjoyed being able to use other lounges.

How many years have you been staying at a ryokan? It was more satisfying than I had imagined. I decided to take care of my next anniversary here. The garden in the rainy season is also quite nice. It is nice to be able to use the Sakura Tower gym and sauna.

Overnight with friends. At first, I was planning to go to a hot spring, but it gradually became closer, and in the end it was a plan to say that there was no hot spring and only the atmosphere ... but as a result, the answer was correct. The place is in the Grand Prince. The entrance is a little difficult to understand, and for some reason there is no front desk or entrance, and I wander around the lobby. Finally I found a staff member and was guided to the 4th floor. Check-in with matcha and sweets at the club lounge. Although the lounge is a little simple and small, there are only 14 guest rooms, so this may be enough for capacity. It is worth mentioning that you can access all the lounges of the three hotels in this Takanawa Prince area (actually four because it is a plus Hanakoji) (I was waiting w) This seems to be a privilege only for this Hanakaji, and the tension rises. I was supposed to come slowly to conquer all of them in 2 hours of cocktail time from 17:00, but I suddenly changed to an erratic and fluttering project! I went to the lounge of Hanakoji just at 17:00, but there was no previous customer. We are embarrassed. Drinks are a small number of elite drinks such as champagne, wine, sake, whiskey, and good juice (laughs). Nine snacks on the plate? Since the concept here is Japanese, it is a Japanese set. After that, I went to the lounge on the lower floor, but there was a line, Shin Takanawa had only beer and the rest of the daytime cake, and even though I went to Sakura Tower, there was nothing nice about alcohol or snacks, so I ended up returning to the beginning. As a result of returning to the beginning, I found that there is a drink here even after the cocktail time (no hors d'oeuvre) I finally found that it was the correct answer to use only here, so from the next time I will do so. Although the introduction has become longer, the room has the same setting as that of the inn and has a bed on tatami mats. The view of the garden is good from the window, and you can see the garden from the bath (can you see the bath from the garden?) The bathroom is large and comfortable. No unnecessary rain shower for me. No toiletries (I wanted this). I am grateful that breakfast is brought to my room and I can relax in the room while looking out at the garden. The contents are a little like an inn, and there are many items. Another feature is that all the staff in the hall are very responsive. After that, there is nothing to say if you can dig in the hot springs.

It was my first time staying here and it was very relaxing. First of all, the room had a great view of the garden, and it was in a position where other hotel rooms didn't bother me so much. The bedroom was comfortable, and I was relaxing on the tatami mats for the first time in a while. I had breakfast in my room and loved it. In addition, room service was delicious, too. In addition, the lounge dedicated to this hotel was nice with a calm atmosphere, and I was able to use the lounges of the other three hotels, and I was able to experience the differences in the atmosphere and service content of each, which was interesting. The garden was beautifully decorated for the summer festival. Finally, the service was also very good, ensuring a high level of quality in this difficult situation. It is a very good hotel, so I would like to visit again.
