The location is really convenient, just three minutes from Xinqiao Station.
Although it is small, it is enough for one person to take care of the baby.

The staff at the counter are friendly and only speak Japanese and English. It takes about 5-6 minutes to get out of the JR station. The environment is very clean. The hot springs have indoor and outdoor facilities. They are very comfortable and the room space is sufficient.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel. I previously stayed at a 4-star hotel before coming here, and despite the lower price, this hotel is actually better in many aspects. Its location is close to everywhere, the hotel staff have a very good service attitude, and the hotel facilities are also very good. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located nearby Shimbashi JR station (Yamanote line) which is so easy and comfortable; approximately 10 minutes walking. The reception is on 11th floor but it's not that difficult as there are 2 elevators. I booked one room and I have to pay extra 8,800 yen for my daughter and the hotel prepared the towel for her in a small bag when we checked-in. The hotel room is clean, tidy and nice, not too small. If you put the "Please clean my room" card at the door, the house keeping will clean your room everyday but I put "Do not disturb" sign so they put the new towels ing the bag and 2 bottles of water in front of my room everyday which is so impressive. Overall is super good, the staffs can speak English. We will go back again for sure.
