Very satisfied!!! It's my first time in Japan. The hotel environment is really good and the staff is very nice! There are staff who can speak Chinese~ In addition! The hotel's shampoo is really good hahahaha, I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come

Akabane is a bit remote, but the hotel is right next to the JR station, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to Shinjuku. Remember to go in and out from the side door, which is closer than the main door.

It took a long time to check in at the front desk. Several of us can speak Japanese, but the front desk was Southeast Asian, so there was a little communication barrier. Usually, check in takes 5 minutes, but it took him at least 15 minutes. Then another Japanese employee came, which made me tired. The hotel is quite clean and the cleaning is timely.
