I think it would be good for travelers because the price is cheap.
If you purchase a Tokyo subway pass like we did, it will take at least 15 minutes to get to the station, excluding JR.
If you entrust the cleaning service, please be careful as your personal luggage may be thrown away if you do not store it properly. (The entire moisturizing product was thrown away, and although I received money by submitting a receipt after purchase... there was an unfortunate incident where I went out to buy it with my tired body...)

The location is excellent, very close to Shin-Okubo Station, only about a 5-minute walk. There is a 24-hour DONKI and many restaurants downstairs, making travel and shopping very convenient. Although the room facilities are relatively old, they are clean and well maintained.
