It was a very nice hotel!!!
We didn't use it, but the kitchen was clean and there were plenty of dishes. There was also a bar counter, so we had dinner there at night.
The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were all there, which was great.
We could borrow things like an iron and scissors from the front desk, and they were quick to help us out, which was very helpful. However, there were quite a lot of stains on the sofa in the room, so I thought it would be better to put a sofa cover in a less noticeable color so that everyone wouldn't mind. Also, I was a little worried about the smell when I arrived, but I was able to borrow some Febreze, and it didn't bother me after that, so it was fine!
It was a hotel that I would like to stay at again when I go to Tokyo! Thank you!

I had a lot of trouble with the slow and unclear answers on the phone. We had to arrange taxis several times, but in the end we dealt with them ourselves. There was no electricity in the room, and the washroom was dirty. The room was spacious which was nice.

Having stayed in many Japanese hotels, this was a disappoin**ent. There was a party in the room two nights in a row and there was loud noise late into the night. The service is not 24 hours. There is no staff at the front desk at night, and they can't help you solve any problems. If there are any, they can only smile at you without any effect. The room was not cleaned, and half of the earphones of the previous guest were left on the ground. Only the room is big enough, nothing else. Hope to choose this hotel carefully.
