King room is very comfortable. Very close to subway station. Near convenience store and bento shop. The lobby is good design. Room is very clean. There is welcome drink and service mind staff

Stayed here for 4 nights with my spouse and 1 year old. It’s centrally located in Tokyo and you can get to Shibuya (no transfers), shinjuku, and Ginza all within 25 minutes from leaving the hotel. The subway stop is less than 5 minutes away. You can walk to the imperial palace area and see the imperial garden. There are some restaurants, a bento shop, grocery store, and convenient stores within 10 minutes walk.
The room was nice and modern. Our room faced another window so we got some natural light. Lighting could be a little brighter.
Hotel doesn’t have self laundry so I found a coin laundry 8 minutes away (paid ¥800 for a large wash and dry).
Hotel provided 2 bottle of water daily to the room. Kids amenity kit was provided at check-in and if the room doesn’t have the amenity you need, it’s likely available in the lobby.
There was bread provided in the morning and coffee/latte/mocha machine provided though out the day in the lobby. Was able to store luggage after checking out. Lobby is always bumping american R&B and rap which seems a little strange but I didn’t mind.
Would definitely stay here again as the price I received seemed good.

Everything was great – a large, clean room and excellent staff. The environment was nice, facilities complete, and they even offered free coffee and snacks. Definitely the best value-for-money hotel in the city center.

Although the room was small, it was very compact and well-equipped. The transportation was very convenient, with the Hanzomon subway station right outside. The surrounding area was quiet, but living conveniences were not compromised at all. There were gyudon, ramen, and Japanese restaurants available. Turning left outside, there was a FamilyMart convenience store that was open 24/7, which was very convenient.

The room was clean and tidy. Though small, it had everything we needed. The bathroom had a bathtub and a shower, so it would be very convenient to take a bath if you bring a disposable tub liner. The best part about this hotel is that even though it says no breakfast is provided, they actually offer free bread, coffee, and milk in the morning. You can go downstairs to pick it up and bring it back to your room. There's also a toaster available for warming up the bread. I especially loved the croissants in the morning; they were so fragrant!

Situated in a quiet neighborhood but very accessible via the Hanzomon line. The hotel is nicely designed, and feels very cozy. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. My only criticism would be the fridge hardly cooled. The complimentary muffins and hot/cold drinks at the lobby are a plus.
The Imperial Palace and gardens are at a short walking distance, but other than this there’s not a lot to do.
