地理位置很不錯，JR線可以直達大多數的主要站點，就是如果太晚回過天橋比較麻煩。
房間配置齊全，有加濕器，酒店前台還有免費咖啡供應，建議可以體驗一下泡湯，很解乏。
附近有羅森（酒店後門出去就有一家）、711、超市、葯粧店、堂吉柯德，每天超市8點炸物＆壽司打折可以去逛逛。
住了5晚非常滿意，下次來東京還會考慮。

地理位置優越，公交出行方便，酒店周邊配套比較完善，餐飲選擇豐富，不過選擇時要擦亮眼睛，價格高出品差的也是有的；酒店房間不算太小，能打開兩個行李箱而不影響走動，還配備了桌椅，很不錯；前台工作人員禮貌熱情，儘可能地滿足住客的要求且辦事效率高。

Good hotel to stay close to the train station, rooms are Everage size for tokyo and we were busy sightseeing so didn't spend too much time in the hotel

I enjoy the hotel experience but there are few pointers that disappoint me.
There is no concerige service to assist with baggage. There is no proper drop off/pick up point. Taxi driver will just drop you at the side of road.
Location was good because JR line is just 2 min walk away. Area is filled with restaurants.
Bed is huge but room is too small.

Good location near gotanda station which gives you access to popular spots like Shinjuku , Shibuya, ahkihabara via Jr Yamato line.
Just beside the hotel is the saison bakery which serves excellent breakfast and is a popular spot.
Luxas gotanda east massage is also just a 5 mins walk and is one of the best massage I have tried. It’s traditional shiatsu massage.
Don don Donki is also nearby .
Service is good and rooms are clean.

Very clean, good space in room, comfy linen, easy to use onsen, and to get around city, the area is also chill so you feel at ease returning from the popular areas
Views are ok / decent, from reception 15th floor and onsen 16th, the skyline is a bit distant so most of the direct view is lower rooftops, but quiet
Nice to grab a (quality) coffee or juice during checkout in reception, which is available most of the time
All in all very chill 😎
