The location is convenient and I found it very quickly after coming out of the subway station. Check-in was very efficient and the room layout was very interesting, but I would bump into it accidentally. Overall, I still like it very much. Worth experiencing!

Location wise, it was very convenient. Only a few minutes walk from Otsuka Station, with F&B and malls nearby. I think they could have done better in terms of the cleanliness though. Staff were helpful in providing help when I asked them about the luggage delivery services to Narita Airport. Just a note for older aged travellers - I don't think the room is elderly-friendly as there are steps to get to the bed area and you'll have to bend quite a bit around the sofa area.

It’s nice to have clean pajamas that can be rented. The room feels clean, but tall people should be careful to avoid bumping their heads. The bed pillows are soft and clean. The bathroom and toilet are separated.

Very satisfied with the stay experience! It's very comfortable and clean. I slept well on the tatami-style bed. The Japanese experience of bunk beds is so fresh!
