Premier Hotel Cabin Shinjuku

It's the best choice hotel in this area. 10 min. walk from East exit Shinjuku st. We booked 3 beds room and it meet our expectation, big space enough to put 3 luggages. The room clean and had everything we need. My daughter really love bathtub that help to relieve pain from walking all day. Breakfast is good and delicious especially the soup is really good.

We stayed for 4 nights. Walls and a ceiling in our room was covered with mold. We saw it on the second day. Also there was a lot of mold in bathroom. Ventilation in this hotel is one big mold… I advise not to choose this hotel at all. Me and my husband woke up with swollen faces and hands, thou we are not allergic to anything, but it all was a cause of the unhealthy air in the room. We asked in the reception to for a different room, but the hotel was fully booked. They offered us CLEANING the mold, but it’s a misunderstanding because nothing was cleaned 😂 they left a letter that they did the cleaning while the mold was still very visible in the room.  Breakfasts were good, nothing extraordinary but just OK.

Location is ok. Room is kind of small. Toilet also very small but what you need are all there. I will definitely come back to stay again.

A good daily choice of hotel affordable prices in central Shinjuku area. Recommended to all types of travellers who stays in busy central area.

The room is a little bit small, bit except that everything was great

I stayed here with my husband and 4 years old daughter. The space is very tiny for 3 people. But for the location and price is worth it. I like the limousine bus that is very close to the hotel, the laundry, the breakfast. Overall a great stay.

Hotel was great, was easily walkable from famous attractions. Staff was so nice, they let you store the luggage there after you checked out and even has a luggage scale at the lobby. Hotel room was small as expected from hotels in Japan but was clean and had everything we needed for two.

Great location, the room facing the back alley is quieter. Just nice for one person. Clean and it has every amenities u need for a solo traveller. Bed is soft and comfortable. And it's safe too! Will definitely be back soon!
