位置比較一般，還是更建議靠近秋葉原裏面一些，便利店也要走一些路才有，主要每次去御茶水坐地鐵還要走個坡，有點累的，前台服務還是很不錯的。

房間很小，舊了一點，服務不錯。步行到上野恩賜公園、東京大學、小石川後樂園、皇居東御苑、東京車站，大約都是半小時。步行到淺草觀音寺則需要90分鐘。附近有購物中心，用餐購物等機能方便。

住了兩晚 非常滿意 很方便很乾凈 床也很舒服 雖然酒店有點久 但是真的很乾凈。性價比高 離地鐵站也很近 很多本地人住這裏 早餐也很豐富 便宜

過去的幾年中入住過多次，經歷了三年的間隔，再次回來還是原來的聚樂。酒店本身不適合拖家帶口的旅行，也不太適合情侶，因為是日式的小房間，大床房或雙人間較少，房間整體偏小，三步上床類的。但五臟聚全的小酒店水準很好。
在御茶水和秋葉原之間，去哪邊都很方便。
適合單人商務或去秋葉原淘貨。
