還是那句話，舊。位置在takeshiba，雖然周圍都是大公司，但是隨便走走吃飯的地方很少，不如市中心。

ビジネスで素泊まり。竹芝駅すぐ、浜松町駅からもさほど遠くない。立地は便利で良い。大浴場があるのは魅力的だったが、営業時間が短め（22時半額）ないので利用できなかった。もう少し夜遅くまでやっていて欲しい。たまたまでしょうが、自分が利用した部屋はタオル一式がなく、洗面台に髪の毛が落ちていたり、掃除が行き届いていなかったようだ。「タオル一式がないです」とフロントに連絡したらすぐに持って来てくれたのは良かった。ただ持って来てくれた中にバスマットがなかったのが残念でした。立地重視の場合は選択肢に入るが、また利用したい！という程ではないかな〜という感じでした。
