HOTEL MYSTAYS Gotanda Station Reviews

I stayed in 3 hotels in Japan and they are super clean ! However among them mystays gotanda is the dustiest . The toilet bathing area the filter was clogged with cakes of dust and there are dust on top of the refrigerator.. and dusty bedsheets caused my kids and myself to feel itch . But overall the cleanliness is still better than some other countries. I feedback to the reception and they cleaned up and rectified the situation . So good service recovery . Good service and super convenient because just downstairs the hotel is familymart and opposite is the train station .

Great location close to the station, but you can hear the train from the room. Room is small but perfect just to sleep and go.

Great location it was right next to my ezekiah for my birthday and easy for all my friends to get to 🙏

Its really near Gotanda station. It has familymart attached to the hotel building. It has many rooms.

Within 3 mins walk to train station conveniently link to various areas, family mart just downstairs with lots of eateries around, room was big with 3 single comfy beds with enough space for luggages, room was cleaned daily, amenities was great with sleeping wear provided and free usage of washing machine & dryer.

Accidentally booked a Smoking room instead of a non smoking room but thankfully there was an air purifier inside the room which made the stay more pleasant. The housekeeping staff did a great job and the location was extremely convenient; it was just a 2-3 minutes walk to the train station! Would stay here again in a non smoking room! The toilet was a bit small for me, being a tall person (1.88m) and I hit my head a few times on the toilet door due to my carelessness 😅

The hotel is just a traffic light junction away from Gotanda station. Very convenient and with a family mart below. It is worth a good price for the lack of facilities like gym or pool which we do not always use.

i like its location. Almost centrally located in Tokyo. Lots of cheap eateries with better quality than in Shinjuku and Shibuya. Prices are 20 to 30% cheaper. There is a Family mart beside the hotel and also a LAwson arund few meters away. What i dont like in this hotel is the cleanlines of the common area like hallway, laundry area and etc. The hotel rooms are ok and clean , its really the common areas where cleanliness is lacking. Very acessible from both airports via ASAKUsA subway and Yamanote lines

it is so close to the station and very convenient, and that is also a concern to those who are allocated rooms near the railway. I had a room along the side next to the railway, it was so noisy before the end of the train around 12am. The economy room (single) is a super tiny room without spare space, you are unable to open the suitcase side by side to pick up anything from it and not easy to pack up your stuff properly before check out. It is good to have a laundry room (need to pay for Yen 200 for washing and Yen 100 for drying) and it saved my life especially since I planned other days to keep travelling around after staying in this hotel. I was shocked when I was asked to pay Yen 300/ suitcase/ day to deposit my suitcase, this seems to be my first time paying for a luggage deposit...

We didn’t get good sleep when we were at the hotel and the purpose of our stay there is it because i have a surgery early in the morning. It was gross and warm inside the room and we tried to ask help to the front desk they said we cant control the AC and just open the windows. we will definitely not book there anymore

It's just 2 mins walk from the station, and the station is an easy access to most of the train lines. It's def the priority code to book this hotel when I travel to tokyo again

Very convenient location, just 2 mins walk from Gotanda Station. The deluxe double room is spacious. Amenities such as towel, face cleaners, toner, lotion are available at hotel lobby. Hotel staff are very nice.

This hotel is very close to JR train station. It was exactly very good in location. There was a Lawson at hotel ground floor so I can buy anything in 24 hours and there are many restaurants around the hotel

Excellent location as it’s just besides Gotanda station. Not disturbed by the train probably staying at high floor. Hotel staff is super helpful to assist, special thanks to 朴-san and another Japanese lady (same morning shift) who are extremely patient to communicate on the commute options to the airport.
