Great location. Old hotel but clean and well kept. Breakfast is good. I recommend if you have business in the ikebukuro area or on holiday in Tokyo and looking for decent value for money.

Normal hygiene with unpleasant smell
Room size ok but check out time too early, i,e. 10am
Location not near 池袋站
But for living few days, it is good as it near sunshine city and 西武百貨， you may spend whole day for last minute shopping.
