池袋車站過來步行10分鐘，略微有點距離。門面很小，隔壁有個電子技術啥學校和池袋醫院。酒店比較小，28寸箱子攤不開。前台有附近的簡繪地圖。二樓有自動販賣機。早飯還算可以，性價比可以。出門左轉5分鐘可以到太陽城，太陽城對面有西友超市。酒店出門左邊有個全家，右邊有個羅森。總體而言，適合商務人士，價格實惠。每次出門。要求鑰匙放在前台，放棄打掃房間可以換自助飲料一份。

作為日式商務酒店，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，前台工作人員服務熱情。自助早餐也豐盛可口。距離池袋站大約十幾分鐘的步行距離，其實有點長，不過考慮到是在東京也就還好。酒店樓下有便利店。不過相比別的連鎖品牌，酒店的品控還是有待加強，設施顯得比較陳舊了，空調温度也是統一設定而無法調節的，空調出風口等位置的清潔也不盡人意。希望酒店未來可以在細節處的清潔更用心。

雙床房間面積也挺大，能同時打開二個行李箱，提供的早餐品種還是很豐富的，吃早餐時可以看外面馬路上的來往車輛和行人，視野不錯

酒店的滿意度給5星，價廉物美。酒店就在太陽城邊上，走路4-5分鐘，附近吃的玩的很多，價格合理還有早餐，前台客服很熱情。缺點是房間的感覺比較昏暗，設施不新穎，中央空調沒有到季節衹送風（風量很小），客人不是很挑剔的入住這酒店是可以的。

若選擇不清潔房間 會有飲品贈送
免費早餐 雖是免費 但不是馬孚 比到外邊咖啡店更好
房間大細跟日本一般酒店相若 作為休息點的話尚算可以
選擇原因因為近池袋站及價錢經濟
