Apartment Hotel Shinjuku

Out of the 4 hotels we stayed at during this trip to Japan, this was by far the worst. I don't think they ever clean this place.

Stylish and convenient.

The location is good, there is a shopping mall just outside the alley, it is very convenient for shopping, but the room we were given is really hard to describe, the room is small but acceptable, the toilet is a mess with markers, although it is clean but the visual impact is strong. Alas, it is only one day, time is precious, the language is not fluent, and there is no time to toss, so I just closed my eyes and left.

Facilities: The room is relatively small, and it is relatively suitable for one person to live in. The highlight is that it is small but fully equipped, with a kettle, induction cooker, and exhaust fan for oil smoke. There is no problem with cooking noodles. The bathroom is a small integrated bathroom. The tables, chairs, and lamps are all from an unknown era. There is also an inexplicable thing on the table with a lamp installed in it. I use it as a night light and it is not dazzling. Hygiene: There is no dust on the floor and the table when entering the room. The wall is painted black. When the sunlight is obvious, you can see the dust on the upper half of the wall. There are mold marks on the toilet. When you open the door when you check in, you can also smell a little mold. Environment: A homestay on a quiet road in the downtown area of ​​Shinjuku, very close to Shinjuku Station (exit from the Koshu Kaido exit and navigate) Service: Check-in is simple, sign, and give a door card. If you stay in the same room, you will put the bath towel in a bag and put it at your door. All the front desk staff I met were very friendly. I didn’t communicate much because of the language barrier, so I won’t comment on the service.

This hotel is great. The location is just too good. Shinjuku Commercial Street is right outside the alley. It is convenient for shopping. The hygiene is also good. Check-in was smooth and the service was very good. I will stay here again next time.

Sometimes you can be misled by reading reviews. This is not an apartment hotel, it is just a poor house renovated. The first person who greeted me asked me if I was Russian, French or Eastern European. His face was uglier than the devil. I don't know if he had plastic surgery or something. His face was fake. His fingernails were as long as vampires. The slightest sound of people talking or walking outside can be heard clearly in the room. Moreover, the apartment is hidden in a small alley of residential buildings. I really don't recommend staying there.
