Nice location in Shinjuku. Sadly that’s about all that can be raved about. You’ve got to be switched on moving around this place otherwise the lift will crush you. The beds are firm and the duvet is essentially a blanket. We were also woken up at 1am to someone doing a vlogging for 10minutes very loudly. The closest thing we found to a sauna was the room temperature at night, even when you lower the AC to the lowest setting. I wouldn’t want to come back in the middle of Summer… Toilets weren’t the nicest, but the showers were pretty good.
