It's about a 2-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Awajicho Station, but if you're coming from Tokyo Station, it will take a little longer as you will have to go underground on the other side of the tracks. The area around the hotel is quiet and peaceful, and there are restaurants and convenience stores, so I didn't feel particularly inconvenienced. The facility itself is a little old, but as a business hotel, I think I was able to stay there without any problems. The breakfast was very satisfying, especially the curry and freshly fried chicken!

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. The room is really small as is the bed, but two people could easily fit on it. We didn't take breakfast, so I can't say anything about it. The staff doesn't really speak English, but they have an electronic translator, so it's quite possible to have a conversation. The subway is close - Kanda station, from which many lines go in different directions. There is also another subway station nearby that is not part of JR. Smoking is not allowed in Tokyo, only in specially designated areas, so you need to book a room for smokers, or ask the staff for a map of these special areas. There are also many coffee shops and establishments nearby to have a snack and drink delicious coffee, as well as FamilyMart stores at every step, where you can also buy food.
