Comfort Hotel Tokyo Kanda Reviews

Great hotel in location near to the metro station with plenty of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast and comfortable rooms ideal for visiting Tokyo sights.

Very close to Kanda Station

It's great. It's just a little small, but everything else is excellent.

The best thing, its location, excellent, 6 minutes walk from the Kanda subway station and 10 minutes walk from the Akihabara neighborhood (area for electronics shopping). In Japan the square meter is very expensive so the rooms are small (13 m2 including the private bathroom in the room), it is difficult to open the suitcases simultaneously if there are 2 large ones, but since you are supposed to be outside the hotel for the most part part of the day, it has a good shower and bed, as well as an acceptable buffet breakfast. Obviously, the service is excellent as is the cleanliness (now that I know Japan, it's a no-brainer: everything is hyper clean, streets, parks, subway, etc.).

Although the room is not big, it is still much more spacious than APA. , the suitcase is fully opened, no problem, the room is clean and the location is convenient, There is also a breakfast included, which is quite filling even though there are not many items. The coffee on the first floor is free and can be taken away, which is very considerate.

Clean accommodation, easy travel to the subway. There is breakfast to eat, delicious food.

Twin room with big bed and food near the station, very convenient

The hotel is very close to the subway, and only one stop away from Tokyo Station Akihabara, but it is also very quiet. The daily breakfast is also very rich and delicious. I came to participate in the 2024 Tokyo Marathon, and it is 100 meters away from the terminal. It's not far away. I will stay here again next time I have the chance.

Service was bad rooms were small and falling apart staff were not helpful and wanted to charge u for everything. I wouldn’t recommend staying here

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very quiet, it was small - as expected in such a central part of Tokyo) but very functional and good for a brief stay. Breakfast was neatly organized by the staff to avoid congestion. The atmosphere was very comfortable at all times. There were some tourists (like us) but mostly Japanese people in business attire as guests. The hotel is also just 5 minutes away from JR Kanda station. The staff was very nice and professional, expecially M-san was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for making our stay so comfortable!

Even though it was hot, I couldn't use the air conditioner to cool it down, so I wasn't able to rest at all. I was told that I had no choice but to open the windows because the entire building was heated, but it didn't cool me down at all, so I immediately checked out and booked a different hotel. There was no refund or apology. I will never use it again.
