Great experience stayed there, the location is close to NishiShinjuku Metro station. Love the breakfast, room was nice, super clean bathroom, also there are convenient stores nearby especially 7-11 underground of the hotel. One of my favorite stays in Tokyo!😁

Excellent environment, highly recommended! The hotel service is also great, the environment is very good, and the soundproofing is excellent – very quiet. I'll definitely stay here again. The hotel also has a convenience store.

Located near Nishi-Shinjuku, surrounded by office buildings and the Tokyo Medical University Hospital, the hotel boasts an excellent location with easy access to the Shinjuku shopping district. The service was decent, and both check-in and check-out were very convenient. Although the room was small, it was well-equipped with everything one might need. This was my second stay here.

The hotel is just a few steps from Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden and very convenient for the subway. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and plenty of dining options within walking distance. The front desk staff also have good English skills. Overall, it's a good choice.

Short walking distance to Nishi-shinjuku train station and hilton hotel where you can take the limousine bus to Haneda Airport. It’s about 20-25 min walking distance to Shinjuku if you choose to walk. There’s a 24hr convenience store located at hotel basement but it’s small so variety is limited. But there are a few other convenience stores a stone’s throw away too. Love the free amenities at the hotel lobby. On rainy days, you can borrow umbrella from the reception. Washing machine available but need to pay and is always long queue. We could only fully open 1 large suitable.

Central location, about 8 minutes walk to metro, served by two different lines, either side of hotel. Convenient store located a few doors away plus bakery, 7-11 store on B1 floor, which I discovered on final day! Accessories can be picked up from the front, some really nice skin products. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Room wasn’t fancy but decent, although pillows a little too soft. Overall, satisfied with hotel and location.
