From the time we step in the hotel,only great experience. Great location near restaurants, super Market, metro station. 20 minutes to shinjuko station. Hotel very clean, room for 3 people very comfortable. Staffing 100% Great very friendly. If you have a kid with you they even give a gift bag.

Fantastic, helpful and friendly staff! The hotel has its own 24/7 convenience store directly accessible from the room levels. The area is an office district which is less touristy and crowded, there are many f&b outlets catered to salaryman. The most convenient metro station is within 10mins walk distance. Nice flowers outside the hotel around the driveway for relaxing feel.

Value for money with excellent location, good breakfast with soufflé pancake , cozy bed and bath tub with bath salt which u can get anytime from lobby. Pleasantly surprised with Sakura tree from my room window too.

The hotel is in a quiet area, close to station but not close to shopping area. convenient store just right down to hotel. The room is clean and comfy.

2nd time staying here. room aren’t big but that’s normal in tokyo. it’s clean and comfy. value for money for its location, can walk to shinjuku. also near car rental company. paid parking available but it’s elevator type, need to wait for car to be retrieved when collecting.

Great service and comfortable rooms. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. We enjoyed our stay. One stop away from main Shinjuku station on metro in the business district so not as crowded as Shinjuku itself. Great for families. Many Nice restaurants nearby. 24h convenience stores right downstairs so great for last minute hunger cravings. Recommended.

Clean, and convenient location (around 5 mins walk to the nearest train station). Good quality amenities! The room size is small though, only able to open one big luggage fully on both sides flat down. Bed size is suitable for people within 170cm height.

Stayed in Twin room. Room was big enough to open 2 suitcases. Loved the rain shower and how there is a separate shower cubicle and bathtub. Much more modern than your standard bathroom layouts in Japan. Location wise, 5minute walk from Nishi-Shinjuku, walkable to Tochomae & Shinjuku as well. Overall a very good stay. Airport limousine bus drops off & picks up at nearby hotels, making it easy to commute to airports as well

Overall, hotel is clean. It has carpet on higher floors, none at level 2. You can also leave your luggage at hotel upon checking out. I like how the amenities are at the lobby for us to self take what we need. It's convenient and the amenities provided are of quality too.

The hotel is in a superb location, close to the city center and near Nishi-Shinjuku station. There is a 7/11 convenience store in the basement, which was very helpful whenever we needed to have some supply of food, snacks, and other necessities. Japanese convenience stores have everything you need. The hotel itself is clean, quiet, and spacious. The bathroom is cute and clean, with a nice bathtub for relaxing at the end of the day. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

Spacious for 2 luggage in Tokyo, clean room. Bathtub is the best facility! Bit far but Good value for money.

Near to central park and high end commercial buildings. If you like area a bit far away from the busy downtown, this is the one. Not far away from Shinjuku West station, but require to change and connect to other lines for most of the areas in Tokyo, eg. Shibuya, Ginza.

The room is spacious with amenities. There’s convenience store downstairs.
