The hotel is a bit old, but it's right after getting off the airport bus.
Other transportation and amenities are also good.
There are also performances on weekends at the Tokyo Arts Theater Plaza right in front.
Above all, I liked the friendly hotel staff.

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are large. However, the facilities are a bit older and the lighting is insufficient.
The front desk service is very good, especially during the day there is a boy who speaks fluent English, which makes communication much easier.
