เข้าไปเช็คอิน เจอพนักงานคนไทย น่ารักมากๆค่ะ โรงเเรมห้องกว้าง มีที่ทําครัว มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกมากมาย ใกล้เซเว่น ใกล้jr สะดวกสุดๆ ห้องพักเเบบ4 คนอยู่ได้สบายๆไม่เเคบเลยค่ะ

住宿的晚，第二晚回房發現除了毛巾更換外其他清潔都沒有做過。
床單已抽起放榻榻米上都未有提供新的。
棉被套更發現有血跡。整潔真的太差。

Clean enviroment, convenient to the train station and nice staffs! It's quite dry when stayed there. There's even a humidifier in the room. A wonderful experience!

訂的時候是訂最大的家庭Pokemon房，但實際房間比想像中小。
衛生也感覺只是一般，樓下的乾衣機乾了四次，衣服也不乾，與香港比差太多了！
總之就不是物有所值！
貼在雪櫃的Menu ，以為是可以訂餐的，哪知道只是給你作參考的食譜！🫣

完全是因為寶可夢主題入住 但是其實就是貼了牆紙 和換了主題床單
洗手間很小 還是塑料門
掛式空調還是對着頭吹的那種 噪音很大
沒有服務 完全自助
不會再來了 完全是為了孩子

三人房叫價$2800一晚，其實是二人房，叫人朝行晚拆，瞓連餐枱的梳化床，真係有啲憤怒。美其名支持環保，實則今次還什麼連自取也沒有（洗頭帽、牙刷、拖鞋）絕對冇下次。😡😡

We always like staying in Mimaru as a family of 5. The room is simple, functional, spacious. The location of this hotel is great, lots of restos around, few mins from park/zoo, beside train station but windows keep noise out at night.
