This place was funny..they have a public announcement to wake people up to leave at 10:00 and the shower is public and only open for a select number of hours because they clean for hours. The old lady is a bit grumpy and unorganized with bookings. If you've got an online booking, Keep pressing that you HAVE a reservation and its not possible to be overbooked.

It’s cheap. You get what u pay for. That being said, there’s no paper to dry your hands with near the faucets. The towel they give you to dry yourself from the shower is practically a napkin sized towel. You are also only allocated one. 50jpy if you need another. Very very strict about check in and check out. Bathing accommodations are very very small. I understand this is a capsule hotel for a budget, but probably one of the worse ones I ever been to.

I really like that it's under the BTS station. It's very convenient to travel. If there is a chance to stay again, definitely. I really like it. There is a bathtub for bathing in as well. But showering together might not be very convenient for people who don't like to get naked in front of others.

The hotel was nearly full, and most (more than half) seemed to be foreigners, but it was quiet and the bed was normal (for a capsule hotel), and the washroom, toilet (there were two private rooms) and bathroom (for four people) were never crowded. However, the lockers were small (the luggage storage area was in front of the front desk) and there were no bath towels, so you had to dry your body after bathing with the towel you used to wash your body. I wish check-in (17:00) was around 15:00.

Filthy, loud, uncomfortable. Tried to modify my booking to check out early and trip customer service was useless. Trip kept promising me that the issue would be resolved and those promises were not fulfilled. At one point they called me and told me to call the hotel to resolve the matter myself. Do not go here and do not expect customer service to be of any use at all. Only use trip if you can resolve issues yourself because they will be useless and will tell you to figure it out yourself. I’ll be surprised if this review gets posted.
