Felt very welcoming, the staff is always very polite and explains all the things you need to know. There was a complimentary drink offered at check-in. The location is very good and not dodgy with easy access to either of the airports. This is highly recommended!

It is quite good and the environment is quiet and nearby the railway station. The customers services at reception is very good and the staff are very nice.

Everything is good except the dusty and dirty laundry. During my stay I went out to use public laudry instead of hotel one. Can be improved.

Friendly staff and very convenient location. Since we had a stroller we frequently used the lifts at Exit 2 Elevator to Showa-dori Ave of Ueno station. Was very useful when it rained. The rooms are clean and quiet and you get a free welcome drink on arrival. I will stay at Nohga Hotel again next time.

從成田機場可以選擇skyliner直達上野，全程40分鐘。出站後步行10分鐘左右可以達到酒店。
酒店離地鐵銀座線非常近，到地鐵口大概就2-3分鐘。雖然離澀谷銀座比較遠，但是地鐵直達也是很方便的。如果是去看東京巨蛋看演唱會也很近，雖然不直達但衹需要20分鐘左右就可以達到東蛋。
房間雖然不大但設施不錯，乾淨衞生，下次來東京還會考慮入住這家。

A great hotel with welcoming staff and good systems in place for a quick check in. Room was well arranged and the bed extremely comfortable. Great shower and amenities were of a high standard.
Added breakfast and it was definitely worth it. Lovely range of foods to suit all tastes. Would definitely stay here again.

離上野站挺近的，交通還算方便。房間空間OK的，可以同時打開2個行李箱。一樓的餐廳總是坐滿了人，吃了一次午餐，還行，甜品比較好吃。服務不錯，定錯了一晚，前台小姐姐説可以幫忙協商免費取消。攜程促銷的時候預訂比較划算。
