酒店位置在澀谷中心，大堂在一棟商業樓的四層，底下三層是餐廳和商業，出行乘各種車、購物、吃飯，都非常方便，而且檔次不低。Google日本的辦公室在同一棟樓裏。早餐品質不錯。夜晚窗外的城市交通很吵，即使窗户全關着。
但是，酒店的衞生問題有點嚴重。一個是房間通鋪地毯，感覺不太乾淨，藏污納垢，有點後悔直接把行李放地上的。
更令人驚恐的是，離開的那天，發現身上被咬了一串奇怪的小紅包，比蚊子包小和硬。查了一下，疑似是跳蚤咬的，因為早上急於離開搭早班飛機，沒去跟酒店理論。但糟糕的是，回北京後被咬了更多，— 可能還帶回家了幾衹！全家因此這幾天都在很緊張地每天給行李和衣物反覆吸塵和高温消毒。這輩子之前從來沒有見過跳蚤！走過幾十個國家的上百間酒店，這是第一次。
於是就日本酒店跳蚤進行了一些調查，原來自2023年底就有跳蚤在日本酒店氾濫的趨勢。而這一家酒店，Shibuya Stream Excel 酒店（是的，完整名稱裏有Excel這個字眼！在蘋果手機的地圖app上搜 Shibuya Stream 總是會被導向 Shibuya Stream Excel），在六年前就被旅行者在某旅遊網站上提到過有跳蚤！如圖。所以這一次我被咬並不是空穴來風。
這不是一家廉價的酒店了，有這樣的東西存在説明衞生很不到位。
絕對不會再住這裏了。

地點非常方便，JR Shibuya station可以直達酒店，洒店對面就是Shibuya Sky,。
早餐食物質素好，地方舒適，職員態度量好。

位置不管是購物或是交通都十分方便。樓下就有7-11對面是LAWSON. 對於家庭旅遊來說酒店有衣洗機很方便但是整個旅店只有二台實在太少⋯⋯大家都在搶著使用

Le quartier Shibuya est assez stressant, mais il rend tous les points d'intérêt tokyoïtes faciles d'accès. L'hôtel, à quelques minutes du métro, est donc très bien placé. Réception au 4e étage, chambres entre le 9e et le 13e étage de l'immeuble. Multiples restaurants et commerces à proximité, y compris dans le même buiding. Grande chambre (30 m2) au 10e étage avec vue époustouflante, ce qui explique le prix très élevé. Propreté impeccable. Literie très confortable. Toilettes séparées de la salle de bain.
Peu de services en chambre. Le petit déjeuner en buffet se prend au restaurant Torrent, au même étage que la Réception, et il est excellent même si le choix est réduit.
Si vous avez besoin de vous rendre à Haneda à la fin du séjour, l'hôtel vous commande et vous offre le taxi qui vous mène au terminal (très proche, mais bon, quand on est chargé...) d'où part la navette pour l'aéroport (demandez les horaires à la Réception).

가장 좋은 장점은 위치하나는 좋다는 것!그리고 무엇보다 조식도 25층으로 옮겨져 도쿄시티 뷰를 보며 맛있는 조식을 먹을 수 있습니다. 여기 호텔 조식 정말 맛있어요 일본 가정식+크루아상에 팥발라목으면 최고

This was my first time staying at this hotel. While the initial challenge of locating the hotel lobby may be minor, it does not significantly detract from the overall experience. The lobby design exudes an inviting and cozy ambiance, which seamlessly extends to the guest rooms. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's gesture of offering a complimentary one-hour drink for guests, demonstrating the management's commi**ent to valuing and appreciating their patrons. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I regrettably could not partake in this amenity during my stay.
However, I must note that the breakfast experience was a bit disappointing. The selection was quite limited, and the restaurant closed as early as 9:45 am, which felt restrictive.
