It smells a bit like cigarette smoke for a non-smoker, but the facility is clean.
Additionally, you can purchase a card on the first floor that allows you to watch movies or dramas on TV, but the subtitles are only in English or Japanese and there are few types, so I think it would be better to just watch it on your phone!
