新大久保から徒歩で５分もかからず便利です。
シャワーのみの部屋で残念でしたが、清潔で設備も問題なく使用できました。
冷蔵庫が奥行きないので、入れられるものには限りあります。
スキンケア品などないので、準備要。

Great location, wonderfully quaint and cosy rooms - just wish I could have stayed longer! A little bit of ambient noise around but worth the trade off for the location.

ガイシホールに行くために宿泊しました
外見はおしゃれに見えましたが中は民宿でした
近くに宿泊施設がないのと料金で仕方ないかなと思ってます
真っ直ぐ帰りたい時はまた宿泊するかもしれません

Visited as a solo tourist. Loved how convenient it is to Shin-Okubō Station. It is somewhat a walkable distance to Kabukichō. Hotel provided a mini-map of conveniences available in the precinct.

駅から近くわかりやすい場所にあり、新宿にも徒歩圏内で良かった。
室内も全て清潔で匂いなども無かった。
備品も歯ブラシ、ドライヤー等、必要な物は揃っていた。
ただ、エレベーターが無く階段も狭く3階だったのでスーツケースを運ぶのが大変だった。
冷蔵庫がとても小さく、500mlのペットボトル3本を立てて置くだけの大きさしかなく、しかも冷えなかった。夏だと困ったと思う。

Hotel is close to the train station, walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. Was able to walk to the toho theatre with the godzilla head no problem. Would stay here again
