i stayed in another hotel in Ueno and honestly this one so much better, the room is big enough, not squeeze the surrounding very quiet,i think is because it an office area, which i like !! and it super super near stations make it a lot easier for me to go around and Kanda is both Metro and JR line so it really connivence!
7-11 is just right opposite and theres tea store nearby and nice cafe near by!

我挺喜歡的 麻雀雖小五臟俱全 很乾凈 前台服務也特別好 就是當天下雨了有點耽誤行程）淚 飛機延遲了給他們發郵件説明原因 超出了酒店checkin時間還是可以入住 下次還會選belken

缺點：1.房間裏的設備條件很差，電話衹有每個樓層的電梯口處有一部，而且2樓的電話還有問題不能打，打電話衹能去前台（雖然我住6樓但是在2樓的自動販賣機買東西和用投幣式洗衣機的時候看到了）。椅子也沒有靠背相當於板凳，本來想辦公的但是因為這個椅子最後我放棄了。
2.枕頭上有頭髮，令我十分噁心。酒店員工給我更換的枕頭又有一個很明顯的污點使我不得不拿着枕頭到前台再次更換。
3.一個叫フェリックス？的戴着眼鏡的男性工作人員（但感覺是日本人）check in的時候服務態度很差而且衣裝不整，使我對這次東京之行下飛機後的第一感受和對酒店的第一印象大打折扣。
優點
1.離地鐵站很近交通便利。
2.客房清潔的中國or外國（非日本）阿姨服務態度很好，我住了四天三夜衹叫了一次客房清潔，至少那一次打掃的是挺乾淨的。
特意在攜程上找了一家評分相對較高的酒店結果就是這樣。攜程上這家酒店的介紹裏還提到酒店有遊戲機我也沒看到在哪。
