It's about an 8-minute walk from Ueno Station. There are 7-11, FamilyMart, Lawson and other supermarkets nearby.
Opposite the hotel there is a sento to relieve fatigue. You can see the Skytree. It takes about 18 minutes to walk to Asakusa Kaminarimon Gate.
I will order again next time I come to Tokyo

In my opinion, the location is a bit far, and the hotel lobby is not friendly for wheelchairs or suitcases. D all went up the front stairs. The rooms are also just so2. A bit small. There's a bathtub.
If you walk from Ueno Park, maybe 600-700 meters, you'll be dragging your suitcases. Kl from JR Ueno station. The hotel area is also a bit quiet, like a residential complex. Just 500-600m away, there is a snack place on Ameyokocho Street and there is a donki cm a little further away. So far it's comfortable apart from the distance from the station which is quite far in my opinion.
