Location is good, near to metro station. Staff attitude is polite and friendly. Will stay again in future.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway, making it easy to get around.
The hotel room is clean and comfortable, adequately sized for one person, and the bathroom is also clean.
Overall, it's a nice hotel with a good rating.

Amazing hotel !
Comes with a washer/dryer in-room with laundry detergent provided .
There are also vending machines around.
Free coffee machine at lobby , ice machine too!
Hotel staffs were able to communicate in English and were helpful!
Located near The M Line but look for the right exit with lift/escalators if you have a luggage.
Located near many Izakayas!

Great location and cleanliness. However, no daily housekeeping service. Free coffee at the lobby. Would be back although price on the higher side.

Location near Shinjuku-sanchome station, if you have luggage take exit C6 for elevator/lift. Otherwise nearest is C4. There is drinking machine like coffee at lobby. Room is small but can open 2 luggage bags. Blanket not clean and cleanliness need to improve

Location still consider convenient. Room is clean come with washing machine. Hope can improve limited room cleaning service.

Great location. Comfortable but small bedroom area, nice size bathroom. So handy for metro. Area can be a little lively in the evening.

Great location that is in a part of Shinjuku that is not as chaotic. The hotel is surrounded by great eateries, a huge Isetan mall across, and most importantly, the train station is just next to the hotel.
My room had a washing machine / dryer in it, and it was great as we could do laundry conveniently.
The room size is quite decent (for Tokyo), and the toilet is spacious. I would highly recommend it if you want to stay in Shinjuku, or want a place where you can commute easily to Shibuya (via train).

The hotel is very near the train . Only take few minutes to walk to train station. There are also many restaurants near the hotel. Just pickup one nice beer bar near the hotel. The BBQ are great and price is low.

I’m a returning customer. The hotel is conveniently located with many food places just next to the hotel. The room comes with a washing machine with dryer so it’s a good option for travellers who need to wash clothes. The staff is very friendly and helpful too.
