I was worried because I often see harsh reviews about Livemax hotels regarding staff service and cleanliness, but I had a very comfortable stay.
The front desk staff at check-in was a foreigner, but was very polite.
If you make a reservation online, you can check in and out by machine, which I thought was very convenient.
Basic amenities are provided, but cleansing product and lotion are not provided, so I recommend bringing your own if you need them.
It's close to the station and there are convenience stores, izakayas, and Don Quijote nearby, so the location is 100 points.
Check-out is usually at 10am, but for 1000 yen you can check out at 12pm, which is a big plus!
