First of all, we booked a triple room on the same day. The flight we came in the day before was cancelled, so we had to change the itinerary and hotel at the last minute. We paid the full price of 3,700 yuan for a triple bed room which usually costs more than 1,000 yuan. The small space was only enough to open a large suitcase. When we opened the curtains, there was a wall one meter away. The overall trip was a horrible experience. The room was a complete waste of time. The front desk service attitude was very good. There was free coffee and bread in the morning, and the latte was ok.

It's nice to agree on the price in advance. The location is OK and you can explore Shinjuku within walking distance. I really like the dry cleaning machine on the second floor. I went there in January. Washing and drying clothes was a headache. This machine solves the problem, but it is a bit time-consuming.
The room has hanging ears and breakfast is provided at the front desk, which we think is pretty good. It would be better if there is a triple room, so you can have a better rest. It was a bit crowded for our family of three.
