I stayed here the night before a live show!
Despite its good accessibility, it was a quiet and relaxing stay.
However, the room guide said that the check-out time could be extended by up to 2 hours, but when I inquired at the front desk, they said that it was only possible to extend it by 1 hour.
Since it was a sudden change and late at night, I didn't feel particularly uncomfortable, but I did think it was strange.
Also, I didn't mind how thin the walls were, but I was surprised in the morning when I heard a voice that sounded like someone had come into my room.
If you're just staying the night before a show or just wanting to sleep, this is perfect!

The price is cheap, but it is very far from Ueno Station. It takes about 20 minutes, and the intersection is difficult to find.
If you want to go directly from Keisei-Ueno Station and it will take longer to walk, it is recommended that you take the skyliner with large luggage. If you want convenience, you can consider other options.

If you're traveling alone and don't mind the environment and just want a private bathroom, it's fine. It's not recommended for families, especially those with children (I personally think dark carpets make it difficult to see whether they have been cleaned), and the room is a bit dark. The lobby is very small, the elevator is very large, and there is a small Matsumoto Kiyoshi restaurant on the first floor, a restaurant run by Chinese in Japan. The front desk can speak Chinese.
