Very satisfied, the sound insulation is very good, there was construction at the door but no sound after entering the room. The environment near the port area is quite good

Location is great. Our room is small and tight, meaning a bit expensive for what we paid. No room cleaning for 3 nights with no discount on price. Breakfast is nice but not much variation if you stay longer. Staff has to use translation device for English communication.

+Good location near two train stations
+very friendly and helpful receptionists
+fresh towels every day
-hardly any western breakfast and relatively expensive
-quite noisy, currently with a large construction site in front of the door (soundproofing but still a bit louder)

The lady at the front desk speaks English. My friend came the next day and could update the guest information. The lady at the front desk called the room and changed the key card. The location is very good. There are business districts around and it is very convenient to travel.

The hotel was close to the station and easy to use.
The room was also quiet.
I also appreciated the coffee service.
However, air purifiers are difficult to use.
I heard a strange mechanical noise and stopped halfway through.
I wanted to humidify, but it kept showing 30%, so I wasn't sure if it was working.
