좋았던 점! 긴자 주변 이였기 때문에 쇼핑에는 최적의 조건 지하철 제이알등등 역도 가까운게 많아서 이동시 좋았음 조식도 나름 맛있게 잘 먹었음 욕조 있기 때문에 많이 걸었을때 휴식 할 수 있음 뷸편했던 점 :( 와이파이가 너무 느리고 연결 불량애 너무 불편함 왜인지 모르겠지만 객실에서 와이파이 쓰는게 너무 힘들었음 약간 연식이 있어서 인지 뀹꿉한 냄새가 났음 비데 청소에 좀 더 힘을 써주었으면 함

The hotel's location is also very advantageous. It is located in the center of the Ginza area, within walking distance of the subway station and bus station, making transportation very convenient. It can be said that this is a hotel with a very poor experience. For safety and traffic reasons, I chose this hotel for my trip to Tokyo in early February. The price was nearly twice the usual price, nearly 6,000 for five nights. As soon as I checked in, I discovered a lot of problems. The bathroom smelled bad, the utensils were very old, and the place to hang clothes could only barely hang a down jacket. After I reported it to the front desk, the front desk said that they could not change rooms when the room was full, and they had a bad attitude. At around 10:00 the next morning, the cleaning staff knocked on my room no less than three times. I stayed here for five nights and there was no need to urge me to check out. Why were they disturbing my rest? After I told the housekeeping staff to come back in at least half an hour, I came back to my room in the evening and it was completely uncleaned. I'm really angry...I've never experienced anything like this. So I told the front desk more seriously that not only did I not solve the bathroom smell problem today, but I also didn't clean the room. So the front desk changed me to a room, but the room still had a peculiar smell, so the hotel's hygiene was very problematic. But I arranged for a cleaner to clean the bathroom the next day, and there was no smell at night. The most outrageous thing happened. On the fourth day, a piece of my clothes disappeared out of thin air in the guest room. 😅😅😅Although they came back after I talked to the cleaning staff before checking out on the last day, the whole thing still left me speechless. All in all, this is a hotel with poor facilities, service and hygiene. Only the location is okay.

It's clean, close to Toko Station and Ginza Station, so it's convenient to move around, and the location is great.

It was a friendly and cost-effective accommodation. It was also nice that it was close to major attractions.
