The front desk was very friendly and helpful.
The facilities were old, with the toilet being outdated and the lack of amenities being inconvenient.
The breakfast menu was the same every day, so it got boring if you stayed multiple nights.
The air purifier I requested was not provided.

The hotel is very close to Hanzomon subway station, but there is only an elevator at Exit 5. It's uphill to walk to the hotel. The front desk speaks very good English and communication is smooth.
