Excellent location but the room was really small. Very friendly front desk service. Washing machine on site. Delicious coffee shop just next door.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Keisei Ueno to the hotel, not too far! The whole room is very clean and feels new😁The 26-inch suitcase can be opened to create a great space! If I come again next time, I will visit again👍

Although the room is small and there is no room to move around when you open the luggage compartment, it is clean and tidy. The hotel staff are friendly. The hotel is not far from the nearby Ueno Station, about 5 minutes away, and is suitable for a short stay.

There were blood stains on the quilt cover, which was reported and replaced without apology. I sent a formal complaint to the hotel via email and am still waiting for feedback. There is a high probability that there will be no reply, apology or compensation! I hope Ctrip can help customers appeal
