The service staff are very polite. During the renovation of the restaurant, several breakfast stalls are available. Different types of pillows are available in the lobby. Luggage can be stored and retrieved on the same day, which is very convenient.

The room is very small, not suitable for two people to live in. It cannot accommodate a 27-inch suitcase. There is no bottled water provided for free. The service at the lobby drink bar is until 8 pm. The hygiene situation is average.

Most hotels have 24-hour check-in/out service, but not this one! I had remarked when booking the hotel that I would arrive at Haneda at midnight and arrive at the hotel after 2:00am without any notice. I originally booked a hotel for 4 nights, but two days before departure I found out that there was no 24 checkin, so I couldn't change it to three nights. I had to cancel the order first, but I was afraid that if I canceled, I wouldn't be able to book the hotel. I hope it can be improved, but the location is very convenient. Got a thumbs up.

Wow, this location is amazing. There are several subways. Japan’s subways are really developed. You can go to Akihabara by subway or by walking. It’s not far from the exhibition area. There are a lot of places to eat and drink downstairs.

I stayed for consecutive nights due to the location recommendation.
It was convenient because breakfast was included.
I am satisfied with the distance from the station.
However, it seems like the price is going up and down a bit, which is very unfortunate.
