Superb accommodation. Friendly staff. Even if the rooms are still a little small, the Onsen on the 18th floor is just exceptional. The breakfasts are great and worth a real meal. It is possible to reserve them the day before for the next day if necessary. Checking in and checking out can be done at a terminal very easily. I can only recommend this great hotel

The room is small but reasonably arranged. The power sockets are reasonably arranged and easy to use. The window design of the room is very unique, and the view is very good! The hotel is quiet in a busy place, with a unique Japanese style. What is particularly good is that the large bath is on the 18th floor. After taking a bath, there is a lounge where you can eat popsicles for free. The big window is the beautiful night view of Shinjuku, accompanied by slow music. It is really a double pleasure of body and mind. The hotel's restaurant and breakfast are also very good, but you have to buy them separately. The hotel service is very good if you meet local Japanese waiters.

Other than having one of the receptionist staffs throwing a yukata at us in the lobby when asking for a junior yukata for my daughter, other staffs are helpful and friendly. That particular older lady receptionist was very rude and impatient to us on our last night at the hotel, which made our trip ended with a bad experience. The hotel facility have an onsen on the rooftop which made the hotel worth going.

The location is inconvenient and the room is small. These two shortcomings were expected before booking. The hot spring has a strong smell of disinfectant water Poor service attitude of counter staff There are too few elevators. There are two elevators for more than a dozen rooms on one floor. It takes a long time to go up and down. The above are the shortcomings discovered after coming to stay. The advantages should be beautiful appearance and cheap price But if I were to choose again, I would choose a more convenient place, especially the hot spring disinfectant water is a bit scary...

The hotel is clean and pretty, the hot springs are good, and the breakfast is good. But the room is really small. While traveling in Japan, I saw a lot of narrow hotels... but this room felt like it was the narrowest of them all. The bathroom is also really small, so it's a bit hard to shower... If you don't mind a small room, give it a try. It's a bit of a walk from Shinjuku Gyoenmae Station. You have to drag a suitcase and move for a long time. I made a reservation for around 200,000 won. Next time, if I find something in the 100,000 won range, I might want to come again, but I don't think it will be around 200,000 won.

A unique Japanese-style hotel. The environment and hygiene are commendable. Overall, it is not bad. However, the room is relatively small and cannot be moved around. Please book a larger room in advance next time you stay.

The hotel staff are enthusiastic and courteous. The front desk is available until 12 o'clock and everyone can communicate in English. Maybe because I chose the flattest room, the room was really small, and it was a little difficult to even open two rooms. There are some stilts in the location, and the nearest subway station, Shinjuku Gion Station, is a 10-minute walk away.

Highly recommend for couple. The room is very new and clean. The decoration recall me the traditional japanese ryokun in anime. The view from open air onsen is very beautiful.
