The room is very small, and it is difficult to pass through if the suitcase is opened... It is a bit like the Home Inn in China. Anyway, the area is a bit noisy. It is about 13 minutes' walk from the subway station, which is not very convenient. Fortunately, there are many convenience stores nearby.

Very very helpful staff and polite. Hotel is in the centre of town.
Breakfast not very good for vegetarian guest as need to have more variety.
Luggage transfer service also available.

Generally quite satisfying with this 3 star hotel. With nice service and the room is pretty clean, just small as usual stay in Japan hotel. Breakfast is acceptable, and staff always replace when it is empty, which is quite nice. But better to have more food choices. The location of the hotel is still acceptable, but still but far away from Shinjuku station TBH

My experience at the La’Gent Hotel in Shinjuku Kabukicho was overall positive. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I decided to pay an extra €20 to get a room with a bigger bed, which was worth it. However, the room was quite small despite pleasant decoration. At reception, I appreciated the free access to a variety of instant coffees and teas, as well as the availability of all toiletries.
In addition, the room was cleaned every day with the bed made up, which was very nice. Additionally, there was the availability of clean pajamas each day, which added an extra touch of comfort to my stay.
