HOTEL LiVEMAX Tokyo Kanda-Ekimae

I have been to Japan so many times, and this is the worst hotel experience, no one else!!! 1. The breakfast is simple, the real thing is seriously different from the photos, and they only give a small bento (two rice balls with some tamagoyaki, pickled radish, etc.) and a bottle of tea for breakfast. It is unshakable every day. I was too lazy to change hotels, so I just made do with it for 5 days. I didn't ask for it for the last two days because I couldn't eat the hard rice balls! 2. The room is extremely small, the facilities are old, and the linens feel gray! 3. The service attitude is extremely bad. I have always been used to checking out at 11 o'clock in Japanese hotels, and I didn't notice that this hotel is checking out at 10 o'clock. Then I went to check out at about 10:40, and he said that I would be charged 1,000 yen for overtime. I said that I didn't read the check-out time requirements carefully, and I had stayed for 5 consecutive days. Can I be exempted? The front desk actually said directly that I signed the registration when I checked in, which means I knew it. I said that I didn't need their breakfast or something like that. But he still said very firmly that there was no way to exempt it. . I have learned a lot! In fact, even if the rules cannot be waived, what I cannot understand is that this is a trouble for the guests. He never said sorry or anything like that during the whole process. His attitude was very tough! I will block him forever!

It felt a little far from the station. The room was pretty clean and nice. There weren't many amenities. There was a rental bike near the entrance, which was convenient.
