The accommodation is located near Asakusa Temple and close to a subway station. However, there are no staff at the front desk, as the check-in process is done via an AI computer system. Guests need to have a reasonable level of technological knowledge to use the service.
When we called for assistance from the staff, they were quite limited in their ability to speak English.

The facilities are brand new and even include exclusive Pola brand toiletries for showering 🛁. The front desk's check-in process is very innovative and fun. Definitely worth a stay!
The hygiene is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Really excellent!

The hotel is in a great location—less than a 5-minute walk from the subway, which was very convenient. The room was clean and well-organized. However, the air conditioning gave off an unpleasant smell, somewhat like foot odor. The towels looked clean but unfortunately had a similar musty smell. Overall, a decent stay, but the odors made it less comfortable.

Happy with our stay, near to Ginza line, Tawaramachi station and walking distance to Sensoji temple. Guest is treated with welcome drink.

The self check-in and check-out process was super convenient and quick. The room was spacious, well-equipped with all the amenities, and very clean. There's a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and the nearest subway station, Tawaramachi, makes getting around incredibly easy. It's also very close to Asakusa.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of small shops around, plus family mart on the ground floor. There are several subway stations about 4-5 minutes away, so getting to Ueno, Nihonbashi, Shibuya and Haneda Airport is fast and convenient. The hotel has great open roof area. The view of ShyTree was stunning and the room spacious.
