For those looking for accommodation near Shinjuku and those looking for cheap and cost-effective accommodation
I recommend it.
It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Isetan Department Store, and there are many quiet and delicious restaurants nearby.
It's less than a minute's walk from Shinjuku Gyoen Station.
It takes about 15 minutes on foot from Shinjuku Station and the location is great.

Excellent value, clean comfortable and stylish. The area was nice and quiet and near a really nice park but also close to a train station so we’ll connected. Really enjoyed our stay here. It was my first time to Japan and I can’t wait to go back.
