We added Breakfast and it was not good at all, just a set menu.
Hotel beds are really uncomfortable and the rooms are too small.
No safe in the room at all

Great location right in between exits for 2 different stations (higashi ginza and tsukiji) plus a few blocks away from the main ginza shopping district (and ginza station itself)
Right across the hotel is an udon restaurant which is super popular with tourists with hours long queue.

The room is very small, not very good for a family with a child, I don’t think it’s worth the money, you can choose something cheaper. On the plus side, the location is not bad. We traveled around Japan, of all the cities this was the most expensive hotel. We thought that maybe this was the way it was done here) but after we traveled to other cities, it became clear that the service is much better and cheaper. There is no breakfast - bread with sausage or bread with egg, don’t waste money, there are plenty of cafes nearby that offer much better breakfasts, or buy it yourself, there are plenty of shops nearby with ready-made food.
