A decent building, decent interior ambience. Modern but small. One bed + one mat is provided, good for two people. 1.0 km walk from train station. Train is close to Akihabara

Awful just awful. Room stank so bad we had to keep the window open, which let in an even worse smell. On top of that the aircon was dripping water on to our bed and ended absolutely soaking my phone, there was no one on reception during normal hours of the day so we couldn’t change room. Strongly recommend never staying here ever

Facilities were not good. Shower had a 10 second timers on them, the toilets had no bidet or heated seats, the towels couldn't even cover my torso. The beds were ok, but below par. The service was fine, besides when trying to check-in. I had booked for 3 people, but when we arrived the concierge told me i had only booked for 2. After i showed him the confirmation email sent to me, he still wouldn't let us stay with three people. This was not the problem in itself, we were willing to pay for another guest as these things can happen with online bookings. However the concierge was rude and wouldn't try to understand or help us. He insisted that his english was good enough to understand us when i tried to translate the message we were trying to convey, he wasn't willing to read it or translate his Japanese, so we could understand him. After an hour of back and forth the problem was finally solved when he read the translation i handed him, stating that we would be ok to pay more, even though i paid for a booking of 3 people already.

A wonderfully cozy and intimate place. The room is extremely small, but equipped with everything you need: a bed (I ordered a mixed bed – I prefer a futon, while my partner preferred European bedding), warm and very pretty blankets (the polka dots are a delight), a refrigerator, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, hangers, and towels. Two hot water dispensers and a microwave are available for everyone on the same floor. The shower, bath, and toilets are excellent. Laundry facilities are available on site for a nominal fee. The shared sinks are also convenient and beyond praise. Everything is very clean. The street is small and quiet. The lobby has a keyboard and a large selection of Japanese books. The hot water from the tap is really hot and has good pressure. The stairs are steep, and the slippers are oversized, so sometimes it's safer to wear socks without them. The hotel is perfectly located near the metro, and there are plenty of grocery stores nearby to cover your daily needs. Guests are from both abroad and Japan.

The cheapest accommodation in Tokyo, very close to the Minami-Senju subway station, you can see the Tokyo Skytree. The triple room is relatively small, but the price is worth it, so it is a good place to stay for one night and is worth recommending.

Mold in the shower. Very small common area. Not even a glass for tea in the evening and a tiny towel for the shower (for the same price in the same city, I had better service than that).
The soundproofing isn't very good.
2 showers + 1 bath + 4 toilets for about ten rooms.
In short, expensive for what it is.
