DON’T STAY IN THIS HOTEL, I WAS CONNED ¥9000, or 60 USD!!! They never informed me about the penalty and NEITHER was the ¥9000-worth of so-called ‘RULE’ visible at the check in counter, nor the key cards. And when I lost my key card, they suddenly charged me, they never gave me any receipts until I asked for it multiple times. This hotel is sucking money out of its customers, DON’T BOOK!

Very easy and convenient. Aircon was powerful. Bathroom had a bit of a funny smell.

The only advantage is that it is relatively close to Shinjuku Station. At that time, the bus to Fuji was suspended due to heavy snow, so I had to book this hotel temporarily. The facilities are very average, the air conditioning can be turned on but there is no wind. The front desk service is also very average. They were very enthusiastic to the previous guests.
