The staff at the counter are friendly and only speak Japanese and English. There is also self-service. It takes about 53 minutes to get out of the JR station. The environment is very clean, the hot spring is very comfortable, and the room space is sufficient. I will come again next time.

The room is small and clean. The toilet has a sitting bathtub, but we go to the second floor bathhouse every day to take a bath and soak after a day of walking to relieve fatigue. The hotel is opposite Shin-Okubo Station, and the subway three-day pass cannot be used at this station. Go diagonally to the left of the station and follow the masala smell to enter the alley and you will see it. There are two Indian supermarkets downstairs. It is very convenient to eat and buy snacks around. It is an acceptable walking distance to the starting point of the Shinjuku Tokyo Marathon and the Kabuki Hall. The hotel provides slippers, cotton pads, DHC lotion, lotion, comb, toothbrush, hairband, bath towel, all of which are very useful. You need to ask the staff to bring tools to help you remove the protective window before you can open the window in the room. There is a refrigerator in the room. You need to ask the front desk for a special access card to go to the women's bathhouse. The twin room can only open up to two boxes, and after taking the things, you have to put them up and put them under the table, otherwise there will be no place to stand, and too big boxes cannot be put in.

Short, easy walk from the train station, in a very international section of Tokyo, with a variety of ethnic restaurants and convenience stores all around. The rooms were compact but well-laid out so felt spacious. Excellent sound-proof construction made for quiet nights. The combo futon/beds and pillows were comfortable, the free WiFi excellent, and the on-site traditional public bath very relaxing. The washing machine & dryer facilities made our 4-day stay feasible. The unlimited free coffee, hot tea, and toiletries in the lobby were a nice surprise. When I accidentally locked myself out, the front desk staffer was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to friends!

Chinese people choose carefully. The surrounding neighborhoods are mostly Korean and Arab, and there is a magical atmosphere. The window in the room could not be opened, and the child vomited immediately after holding the milk for a whole day. To be honest, it does taste bad after vomiting, and I also want to open the ventilation. But it can’t be opened! As a result, when checking out, the front desk said that the room smelled bad and a cleaning fee of 30,000 yen was required. and! Only cash! In such a modern society, you can only ask for cash. I asked him one more question, what is your charging standard? The man at the front desk used a translator to tell me that he was going to call the police. In line with the principle that time is money when outside, I went to the 711 opposite and cashed in 30,000 yuan! It is true that the child vomited, causing the room to smell, but firstly, the charges were not clear. Secondly, I stayed for two days and the hotel did not even provide basic room cleaning. So, choose carefully! Living there, there is no Japanese food around, only Korean food!
